SERVICES

Precise Heating & Air Conditioning LLC is a full service shop, including forced air heat, hot water radiant heat, gas fireplace heat, central air conditioning, evaporative (swamp) cooling, and natural gas pipe work.

We service existing systems, install replacement systems, install upgraded systems and completely new systems in new construction or remodels.

FORCED AIR HEAT

Forced air systems use air to move heat through a structure via a systems of ducts and vents.  The most common method used to heat the air is a gas furnace.  Temperature is regulated by a single thermostat, or zones can be configured for precise control of heat.  Forced air systems are very compatible with central air system, as the furnace blowers is used to circulate the cool air.

HOT WATER RADIANT HEAT

Hot water radiant heat systems use a hydronic coil - commonly known as a boiler, connected to a continuous circuit of water piping and baseboard radiant heaters.  Temperature is regulated by a thermostat, or more commonly, zones with multiple thermostats for more precise control of temperature.  Water is heated in the boiler and pushed through the piping/baseboard heaters, providing a more consistent "softer" heat throughout your rooms.

GAS PIPE WORK

Gas pipe work includes hooking natural gas lines to the main supply at a structure, and throughout the house, most commonly to the heating system, often times appliances and fireplaces, and outdoor grills.  Gas pipe work must be completed by a licensed installer, and extreme safety and caution must be adhered.  This is not a do it yourself project.

SWAMP COOLERS

Swamp cooler, or an evaporative air cooler, is a single unit system that uses water to cool air and a blower in to circulate cool air in your space.  It is an affordable option, however less effective than central air.  It is more efficient than refrigeration.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

Central air conditioning system is a combination  of a condensing unit placed outside, and a coil installed in a furnace, and the furnace blower moves the cool air through ductwork and vents.  Even if you don't have forced air heat, a central air system is possible with the installation of a blower unit and ductwork.  Similar to hot water radiant heat, central air conditioning provides a more consistent temperature and a softer cool.
